 | | Although this home included a semi-finished basement, the homeowners saw an opportunity to remodel the area into a beautiful space for entertaining after they suffered a water loss from a non-working sump pump. It was pertinent that we extract the water as quickly as possible in order to prevent further damage and more importantly, health hazards to the family.

 | | We extracted the water and used special cleaning techniques to eliminate any health hazards that can occur after a water loss. To transform the previous recreation room and complete the homeowner's dreams, we renovated the previous laundry area to become a full service bar which includes a custom made tin ceiling that reflects light and gives the illusion of more space. A new gathering area makes the perfect space for dining or a game of cards and includes a custom made buffet area. An egress window was also added for safety features. Lastly, we incorporated a new fire place in the basement and now they have a recreation area to enjoy for years to come.
