Gather your thoughts
Before we sit down with you to discuss your project, we may ask you a series of questions such as; the number of people living in the house, room details, style, budget and any other details that will help us meet your objectives.
Initial Consultation
We come directly to your home to discuss your ideas and budget considerations. We will take photographs and measurements to help us start the design work.
Second Meeting
We will present you with a design concept and a detailed line item estimate using Xactimate ™ software so you can see all construction functions. Selections are finalized and the contract is prepared.
Final Design and Contract
Once you have approved the designs and signed a contract we will assign a project manager and set the construction schedule. Down payment, draw schedules and warranties will be addressed at this time.
Walk through and final planning
Your design consultant and the project manager will walk through the project with you in order to address any final details and planning.
