 | | This homeowner wanted to update the existing kitchen to be more functional while incorporating better flow with a more open, better view into the living room. She desired updated appliances and better placement, a pantry area and overall enhanced visual appeal.

 | | We looked at many design aspects of this kitchen and designed this kitchen by moving the dishwasher to the other side of the sink with allowed us to center the sink underneath the existing window. The refrigerator was moved to the end of wall which allowed us to install a custom made pantry cabinet. We removed the soffits and vent over the cook top and installed a self venting cook top which allowed for a better, open view in the living room. The tone of this kitchen is now one of elegance and craftsmanship and because we submit detailed line item estimates to each one of our customer we were able to help her make selections that kept this project within her budget.
