 | | The result of a fire is always a personal tragedy for any homeowner. Outside of exceptional communication and management, serving these customers well means committing to their singular vision; do whatever it takes to recreate the home to the pre-fire status. This couple was no different; the fire left their beautiful home in complete disrepair. The fire was caused by a lighting strike to the chimney. The fire traveled through the walls quickly and destroyed much of their remarkable brick home. The master bedroom, middle bedroom, upstairs hallway and staircase, living room, sunroom and kitchen were the hardest hit, although the smell of smoke and soot covered 70% of their gorgeous 3,565 square foot home.

New custom railings replaced the charred railings that resulted from the fire. The homeowners decided to complete several updates after the fire which included; replacing the first floor fire place from red brick to custom white wood mantle and marble which brings distinction and elegance to the home, the addition of white wood molding to the bottom of the walls in the living room, custom built coat racks replaced a sliding door closet in the foyer between the garage and the kitchen and a new window was added in the lower level common area to introduce more natural light.
