 | | Lightning was the cause of this structure fire that severely damaged the roof and attic of this home. Emergency services were performed immediately following the event to weatherproof and secure the home. The contents and personal belongings were inventoried and carefully transferred to our cleaning and contents facility the following day. A detailed repair estimate was written, approved by the insurance company and repairs were started.

 | | The second floor of the house was gutted and the damaged portion of the roof was reframed. Extensive plaster repair along with major structural cleaning and odor containment were performed. New roofing, siding, paint and electrical work were also needed to complete the repairs to this home.
