 | | The bathroom of the unit where the fire started suffered extensive damage as did the rest of the unit. Heavy black soot can be seen on countertops and walls along with the toilet and floors. This will require us to use special cleaning processes to remove the soot and seal any smoke odors that linger after a fire.

 | | The walls were torn down to the studs then sealed to keep out any smoke odor; new drywall was then installed along with flooring, tub and surround, toilet, sink and vanity. The unit is now tenant ready in 6 short weeks. The owner of the property was extremely happy that we restored all 16 units in such a short time and all units were quickly occupied.
