 | | In property owner/tenant type losses, the result of a fire is a personal tragedy for multiple individuals affected by the loss. These losses require exceptional communication and management, because there are multiple interests at hand. This investment property contained 16 units and as a result of unattended cooking in one unit, all 16 units were affected and needed some type of repair, deodorization and/or reconstruction of some sort. These photos represent the unit where the fire actually started.

 | | The kitchen, where the fire originated suffered extensive damage. Our crews completely demoed the unit down to the studs. We then sealed all of the studs to contain any odor of smoke. It's very important to achieve quick turnaround time in all of our projects and this project was no different. The entire first floor occupancy (8 units) was achieved in 3 weeks, 80% occupancy in 6 weeks and the full 16 units (full occupancy) in 3 months.
