The result of a fire is always a personal tragedy for any homeowner. Outside of exceptional communication and management, serving these customers well means committing to their singular vision; do whatever it takes to recreate the home to the pre-fire status. This home was no different; the fire left this unique, vintage home in complete disrepair. The fire was caused by a teenager who was lighting off fireworks from the roof. The fire traveled through the walls quickly and destroyed much of the remarkable log home. The entire roof, living room and upstairs bedrooms and bath were the hardest hit, although the smell of smoke and soot covered a majority of the home. Our attention was not only focused on fire restoration but also the water destruction that remained from extinguishing the fire. Please view the water gallery photos to see the water damage that was left from extinguishing the fire.

Because of the homes age, we had to pay close attention to all of the details of this project, from the materials used, to the re-design of the roof's structure, no detail was overlooked. We replicated all materials used in the home while correcting the design of the structure due to steep pitches that resulted from years of settling and the previous contractor's faulty work.
