The exterior of the home had an outdated look, it did not flow with the neighborhood and the inconvenient location of the garage (located directly behind the home) made for difficult access for parking needs.

By adding the two dormers on the front of the house it allowed maximum square footage for the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom suite along with the addition of the 2nd floor laundry room and walk in closet. The front porch area, which expands the whole width of the home, gives this home a warm, welcoming feel and gives the family the ability to comfortably sit on the porch in all weather conditions. With the addition of multiple windows in the new sunroom, the lady of the house can now enjoy her bird watching activities. By taking the existing garage and moving the overhead door to an adjacent wall the family enjoys convenient parking accessibility.
